ORDERING

Once an order is placed, please allow 10 business days for the order to be processed. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 5 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting your order.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been submitted. You can also choose to pay with Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and Klarna.

We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please navigate to the desired product(s) and click Notify Me When Available to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates for any domestic order is dependent on weight and shipping address.

Once an order is placed, please allow 10 business days for the order to be processed. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 5 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information which may include the carrier’s tracking link for your order.

If you purchased your order through ShopPay, you can track your shipment from there.

You can also track your order by logging in to your Hair So Glamorous customer account on hairsoglamorous.com.

We know carrier issues and unexpected occurrences can happen. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

At this time, we are not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed.

Please note, Hair So Glamorous is not liable for packages marked delivered to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

If your item was returned to the sender (undeliverable) it’s usually because the address was invalid, entered incorrectly or missing the unit, suite, or apt number. When this happens, your package is returned to us and your order will be canceled with an email notification sent to you. You will receive a
refund minus a restocking fee of $30.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting your order.

We offer USPS Priority shipping which includes 1-3 business days shipping on domestic orders.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We will announce it on our store when we do.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges.

Yes. This includes Hair Extensions, Wigs, HD Lace Closures and Frontals, Satin Bonnets and Brushes.

Due to the hygiene nature of our products and its high demand, all sales are FINAL. As a result, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges.

We’re sorry. Once an order is submitted, it can not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.
